Year End Review
I have enjoyed being PAC President these past two years, my term is up and it is time for someone else to step forward and be nominated for PAC President. While challenging, being PAC President is also rewarding - providing an opportunity to have a say in the school's events as well as spearheading many of those ideas. I want to thank the people on the PAC for their help these past two years and look forward to continuing working with them in the capacity of Past-President. The support provided by the other members of the PAC makes being PAC President very easy. If you are interested in being PAC President and have any questions as to the duties required, please feel free to call or email me.
We have several events coming up in the final two months of school, please watch for updates as we get closer to those dates. Summer is a mere 2 months away and lots to do before then.
May 24 - AGM - elect next year's PAC Executive - if you can't attend, please send a proxy
June 3 - Parent/Teacher Luncheon, please RSVP is you are planning to attend. It is the parents' turn to provide the entrée while the teachers provide the dessert. We are asking for RSVP's so we know which room to set up.
June 10 - Sports Day, parent volunteers are required for the concession and to help distribute the free lunch to all the students.
June 13 - Budget PAC Meeting - a PAC meeting for the sole purpose of approving the 2011-2012 budget.
More details to follow.
